Balls of fire workout

The swiss ball and medicine ball are common pieces of equipment in most gyms these days. But I find that many people are stuck on ideas on how to use them. Below is a great workout that will get your muscles burning and it will take you just over 30 minutes to complete!
Have a stop watch ready. Perform the following exercises for 1 minute each, with a 1 minute rest at the end of the final exercise. Repeat for a total of 4 rounds.
Swiss ball sit-up
Medicine ball slams
Swiss ball squats
Medicine ball russian twist
Swiss ball lunges (30 seconds each side)
Medicine ball push-ups
Note: This exercise can also be performed on your knees.
Swiss ball oblique sit-ups (30 seconds each side)
