Shopping with Be Activewear is fun, easy and quick.. As it should be! But if you don't love your item we have a super simple return policy. Making it worry free and easy to shop with us.
-You can return any full price item within 28 days of purchase for an E- store Credit
- Sale items cannot be returned
-All returns will automatically be issued an E-Store Credit that will allow you to purchase a different item or the same item in a different size. Please note if the item has sold out we will be unable to send you the new size / item
-We only offer store credit for returns, we don't offer refunds including orders using Afterpay & Zip Pay
-Please take due care when trying on any product(s)

CONDITION OF RETURN
-All product(s) must be returned:
In orginal condition, unworn and unwashed
with all original tags still attached
not smell of perfume, deodorant or washing powder & free of make-up or tan marks
- We cannot accept returns on Lingerie bottoms due to hygiene reasons.
- We do not accept returns on sale items.
-All shoes must be returned:
in original shoebox (if received with shoebox)
How do I return items?
When you get your items, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 28 days. Once we have received your package, it will be subject to an inspection before a store credit is issued. Be Activewear reserves the right to decline a return if items are not in original condition ( eg. Item is worn, used, soiled, dirty or damaged).
The product must be undamaged, unused and in original packaging you have 28 days to get it back to us. Please contact us through our Contact Us to let us know and we will inform you the best way to get it back to us and replace your item/s.
Afterpay & ZipPay returns
If you return an item purchased through Afterpay or ZipPay, you will be issued with store credit. Please note, your personal agreement with Afterpay or ZipPay, will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments. For any repayment queries please contact Afterpay or ZipPay directly.
Please note that all postage costs must be covered by you.
Be Activewear does not accept responsibility for returned products that go missing and do not reach us. It is recommended that you return products with a tracking number.
If you received a faulty garment or the wrong item, please contact us through our Contact Us page so we can make it right!
Please be advised that all postage and handling costs will be incurred by the customer, not Be Activewear. Be Activewear is not responsible for return packages should they not reach us, so please retain your proof of postage.
What return options can I choose from?
Proof of purchase must be provided. After receiving the item in good order, we will issue the store credit. Please allow 5 business days from receiving the return to be issued your store credit.
No refunds will be given unless the product is faulty. Faults must be made aware to Be Activewear within 28 days of purchase and it will need to be assessed by us before refunds are provided.
Store credit does not have an expiry and are re-deemable online at www.beactivewear.com.au only. Amount credited will be the full amount you paid for the product. Please allow 3 business days from receiving the return to be issued your store credit.
If your order using the store credit falls below $99 you will be charge the shipping rate of $10.95. This is the cost of the shipping that will be charged to you.
