Returns & Exchanges
Please note we do not issue refunds on non-faulty items, only in-store credit once your return item is received back at our facility. If you change your mind, that particular item doesn’t suit your body etc etc, we have other collections/items to choose from and find your item. We do not issue refunds on non-faulty items (only in-store credit).
NOTE: Returning items. You, the customer have agreed and understands to cover any costs involved to receive store credit for the value of your returned order. This means you will only receive store credit to repurchase your items for your existing order (in $AUD excluding shipping and any discounts used) and the customer will be required to cover any costs involved to reship your goods. We are not the couriers and cannot be held liable for any costs which are incurred in using their services.
Returns (in-store credit) can take up to 7 days to process, so don’t be alarmed if you’ve tracked your return as delivered but haven’t heard from us yet.
- Items can be returned back to us for store credit which is valid for 12 months, that will allow you to purchase a different item or the same item in a different size. Please note if the item has sold out we will be unable to send you the new size / item
- Sale items cannot be returned, unless they are faulty.

CONDITION OF RETURN
-All product(s) must be returned:
In original condition, unworn and unwashed with all original tags still attached
not smell of perfume, deodorant or washing powder & free of make-up or tan marks
- We cannot accept returns on Lingerie bottoms due to hygiene reasons.
- All shoes must be returned in original shoebox (if received with shoebox)
- For all swimwear, customers must try on items wearing undergarments. If returned, the hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered, or the item otherwise shows signs of wear.
- Fitcover - If your products are un-used and un-opened, we can offer an exchange for you.
How do I return items?
When you get your items, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 28 days. Once we have received your package, it will be subject to an inspection before a store credit is issued. Be Activewear reserves the right to decline a return if items are not in original condition ( eg. Item is worn, used, soiled, dirty or damaged).
The product must be undamaged, unused and in original packaging you have 28 days to get it back to us. Please contact us through our Contact Us to let us know and we will inform you the best way to get it back to us and replace your item/s.
Afterpay & ZipPay returns
If you return an item purchased through Afterpay or ZipPay, you will be issued with store credit. Please note, your personal agreement with Afterpay or ZipPay, will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments. For any repayment queries please contact Afterpay or ZipPay directly.
Please note that all postage costs must be covered by you.
Be Activewear does not accept responsibility for returned products that go missing and do not reach us. It is recommended that you return products with a tracking number.
If you received a faulty garment or the wrong item, please contact us through our Contact Us page so we can make it right!
Please be advised that all postage and handling costs will be incurred by the customer, not Be Activewear. Be Activewear is not responsible for return packages should they not reach us.
What return options can I choose from?
Proof of purchase must be provided. After receiving the item in good order, we will issue the store credit. Please allow 5 - 7 business days from receiving the return to be issued your store credit.
No refunds will be given unless the product is faulty. Faults must be made aware to Be Activewear within 28 days of purchase and it will need to be assessed by us before refunds are provided.
Store credit does not have an expiry and are re-deemable online at www.beactivewear.com.au only. Amount credited will be the full amount you paid for the product. Please allow 5 business days from receiving the return to be issued your store credit.
If your order using the store credit falls below $99 you will be charge the shipping rate of $10.95. This is the cost of the shipping that will be charged to you.
Your store credit discount code can also not be used with other promotional discount codes.
Can I cancel or make a change to an existing order?
No, once your order has been placed and your order confirmation has been emailed, you cannot amend your order.
