Items (excluding sale items) can be returned for store credit with 28 days of purchase.
You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. Alternatively, once your return items are received back at our facility, we can issue you a credit note for the item to repurchase the correct colour/size you were after. Items can only be returned within 28 days of receiving your order.
Please note, that if the item has been worn, washed or used in any way, your item cannot be replaced due to industry standards on Health and Hygiene and wear and tear.
Please return your item(s) to us following the method below:
Before sending your items back, please contact us to notify us of your intent to return your items with your Full name, Order ID number, and the details of all the item(s) you wish to return and why. Our customer service team will then be able to provide you with the returns address and any other details that will assist you in the steps you need to process a return. REFUNDS: Please note, we do not issue refunds on non-faulty items, only instore credit once your return item is received back at our facility.
Please also ensure that you keep your postal receipt from the post office once your items have been shipped back to us. Your certificate of postage (receipt) will need to be kept in a safe place, as you will need this as proof of your return.

The item is the customers responsibility until it is received back at our facility. The item will be subject to inspection upon arrival, if deemed to be unfit for return (worn, washed or used in any way or falls outside our given timeframe for returns), your item will be refused and returned to sender.
By returning your items, you, the customer have acknowledged and agreed to cover any costs involved in order to receive store credit for the value of your goods. This means you will only receive store credit to repurchase your items for an existing order (cost of item minus and discounts used) and the customer will be required to cover any costs involved in order to reship your goods. We are not the couriers and cannot be held liable for any costs which are incurred in using their services.

CONDITION OF RETURN

In original condition, unworn and unwashed with all original tags still attached and / or package bag, not smell of perfume, deodorant or washing powder & free of make-up or tan marks. If the tags are removed, the item no longer qualifies for return.
- We cannot accept returns on Lingerie bottoms due to hygiene reasons.
- Personalized PJ sets are unable to be returned
- All shoes must be returned in original shoebox (if received with shoebox)
- For all swimwear, customers must try on items wearing undergarments. If returned, the hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered, or the item otherwise shows signs of wear.
- Fitcover - If your products are un-used and un-opened, we can offer an exchange for you.
Afterpay & ZipPay returns
If you return an item purchased through Afterpay or ZipPay, you will be issued with store credit. Please note, your personal agreement with Afterpay or ZipPay, will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments. For any repayment queries please contact Afterpay or ZipPay directly.

Please be advised that all postage and handling costs will be incurred by the customer, not Be Activewear. Be Activewear is not responsible for return packages should they not reach us.
What return options can I choose from?
Proof of purchase must be provided. After receiving the item in good order, we will issue the store credit. Please allow 5 - 7 business days from receiving the return to be issued your store credit. Store Credit is valid for 12 months
No refunds will be given unless the product is faulty. Faults must be made aware to Be Activewear within 28 days of purchase and it will need to be assessed by us before refunds are provided.
Can I cancel or make a change to an existing order?
No, once your order has been placed and your order confirmation has been emailed, you cannot amend your order.
