How long until I get my stuff?!?
It's coming, it's coming, it's coming! We ship orders on Mondays - Fridays, during office hours only, and we don't operate on public holidays. We always aim to post your order as quickly as possible, but there might be some delays – Your patience is appreciated.
We use Australia Post and your shiny package should arrive in 3-7 business days once shipped (For Australian Orders). Yaaay!
However, please allow 10 business days for your items to arrive (as we all know Aus Post can be slow at times)
What payment options do you accept?
We accept payment by Afterpay, Zip Pay, Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. Credit card payments are encrypted and processed securely by the payment gateway. Be Activewear does not store any customer credit card details.
I ordered items from 2 different brands and I received 2 parcels?
Our collection of flattering activewear is sourced directly from the wholesalers allowing you to have a fast, hassle-free shopping experience. This also means that if you have purchased items from different brands you'll receive different parcels. eg. If you order from two different brands you'll receive two parcels.... it'll feel like opening two birthday presents instead of one: )
What do I do if the item I am looking for is no longer available for purchase online?
Unfortunately due to popular demand some items do sell out quickly online - if you see something online that you have to have, be sure to snap it up quickly! If you do happen to miss out, contact us and we will let you know if the item will come available again. Once we get a shipment of new stock and it becomes available for purchase, you will be sent an email informing you of the available new stock.
Can I cancel or make a change to an existing order?
No, once your order has been placed and your order confirmation has been emailed, you cannot amend your order.
What is your returns policy?
There are only 2 rules: your return needs to be received by us within 28 days of you receiving your items, and your items need to be unwashed and unworn. Unfortunately we can't accept returns for any items that show signs of being worn around :(
What return options can I choose from?
Store credit via a unique discount code. Proof of purchase must be provided.
What if you guys sent me a faulty item?
Uhoh, we're super sorry! We pride ourselves on quality control, because we want you to LOVE your items
If we sent you an item that isn't quite right, please contact us through our Contact Us page and we'll do everything we can to put a smile back on your dial.
