Don’t have much time? space? or equipment? Well, not to worry, that’s no excuse not to exercise! Below is a simple and short workout that you can do in under 20 minutes, in your lounge room. All you need is a chair and a stop watch.

Set your stop watch for 5 minutes. Complete 10 reps of the first exercise and then 10 reps of the second exercise and keep alternating between the two, for a total of 5 minutes. You can lower your reps as you get fatigued. Take note of how many total reps you get in of each exercise and aim to beat that the next time you come back to this workout. Have a 2 minute break in between each pair of exercises.
