With so many reasons to choose a pair of high waisted leggings, there are also a few cons, especially for pieces of lesser quality.

  • Waist band rolls down due to improper fit, low quality and lost elasticity over time.

  • They can feel tight and dig into the tummy due to sizing and low quality waist band design.

  • If worn with a long gym t-shirt, you won't get the slimming effect. We therefore recommend matching them with a sports crop top, which is longer than a sports bra, but shorter than a tank top.
