This is the first of many home workouts Personal Trainer, Megan Hinchely will be posting over the coming months to help keep people fit and strong during the COVID-19 chaos.

This is a fast paced workout that gets the heart pumping, and the best thing is, there is no equipment needed!

This is also a great workout to do with the whole family, for those of you who are home schooling kids right now!

Perform 4 to 6 rounds:

  • 50 high knees
  • 40 mountain climbers
  • 30 split squats (15 a side)
  • 20 running plank
  • 10 push-ups
  • 5 turkish get-ups (alternate sides each round)
